Lose Weight, Save Money - It's Cheating, But it Works!

1. Vacuum Pose
This is a free exercise you can do at home which helps many of my clients lose 1.75 inches from their waists in under 30 days... only takes 5 minutes a day.
Here's what you do...
Suck in your belly button area (your lower abs), not your upper abs which is a common mistake people do when sucking in their bellies. Ok now, once you've sucked in your belly as far as possible, hold that position for 15-60 seconds. Rest, relax, and then repeat.
Do this for a total of at least 5 minutes a day (doesn't have to be 5 minutes all at once). Don't count the rest times as part of the 5 minutes. For even better results (losing 3 inches off your waist in a month, do this for 15-20 minutes everyday).
2. Eat black beans
Black beans are a "superfood" in my opinion. High in fiber and protein... and cheap. Each can has 25 grams of protein and 25 grams of fiber (all the fiber you need in a day)... for just 50 cents at Wal-Mart. Eating just 1 can of these a day (doesn't have to be all at once) will accelerate your weight loss efforts within a few days.
3. Eat eggs
Listen, you may or may not eat breakfast. Just remember this one fact. Roughly 80% of fat people skip breakfast regularly while 80% of lean and skinny people eat a decent breakfast regularly. Enough said! So eat some eggs, preferably for breakfast. If you can eat them twice a day,even better.
Eggs only cost $2.10 for 18 large ones. Less than 12 cents per egg. Cheap, cheap, cheap!
If you just added 5 eggs and 1 can of black beans to your diet each day (total cost $1.10) along with doing the vacuum pose, you will lose weight and save money immediately... yes it's cheating, but it works!
